Predictions are hard, especially about the future.
Danish proverb
You and I, dear reader, are cursed to live in interesting times. The political, legal, military, social, financial, epistemological, and narrative structure of our world is changing rapidly. This is caused by overlapping historical cycles, stored-up effects of long-ago causes, and, frankly, patient demonic (sic) agendas.
Not coincidentally, it is now borderline illegal in many jurisdictions to comment accurately about what’s happening (ironically, AI flagged this statement as disinformation, then went on to tell me why many of my other comments about what’s happening were borderline illegal in many jurisdictions).
Therefore I cannot attempt to say why any of the following list of things will happen. Unlike in all my other articles, I will not provide links. I’m also most definitely not expressing approval or disapproval of any of them. For the record, I prefer peace and prosperity. These are my personal speculations about possible trends, not assertions of fact or endorsements of any outcomes.
Events, however, do not care how you feel about them. I speculate that before 2030, so starting now and for the next five years, we will probably, in all Western countries, see the introduction, attempting, or intensifying of all these things:
Financial
- GDP per capita declines faster
- A shocking deflationary crash in all markets at once
- Exodus of the wealthy morphs into exodus of the middle class
- Sovereign debt default, hyperinflation, or another form of monetary reset
- Capital controls followed by people controls
- Introduction of CBDCs: Central Bank Digital
ControlCurrency
Social
- Mass confusion, fear, and uncertainty
- Social division and polarisation worst in a century
- Sexism surges
- Discrimination against people based on certain immutable characteristics intensifies (my AI lawyer advises me that to say anything more specific could violate Germany’s Criminal Code Section 130, among others, and also to make clear that I am against any such discrimination)
- Public sentiment against #### specifically grows rapidly (my AI lawyer absolutely freaked out at this one so I have to censor it completely and also say I do not endorse it even though I wasn’t trying to endorse it and also can’t say it)
- Civil unrest caused by the above factors becomes increasingly likely (on the advice of my AI lawyer I would like to take this opportunity to make clear I am against public disorder, both because I am and in order to avoid prosecution under the UK Online Safety Act 2023)
- A certain issue beginning with #re will be a politically decisive one but I cannot name it because discrimination against protected groups is against Germany’s NetzDG among other laws, and also I’d like to say I’m not advocating for discrimination against protected groups
- The new generation will be more extreme
Political
[Legal disclaimer: The following points are speculative and not intended to spread disinformation or fear. I do not recommend fear as a reaction. I do recommend checking all information against multiple trusted sources and making up your own mind.]
- Censorship increases to all-time highs (I have to say, I’m feeling this right now)
- Trust in established political parties reaches all-time lows
- Trust in corporate news media reaches all-time lows
- AI faked news could cause a War of the Worlds type panic
- Genuine infrastructure breakdowns or “soft war” attacks are possible; hard to distinguish from
- Multiple false flags
- Various crises [could be] used to force Digital ID
Health
- Low birthrates become a pressing issue
- Testosterone continues to decline
- Cancer rates skyrocket
- Health services in crisis
- Mental health worst in living memory
- May or may not be another “pandemic”; if there is, [some people think] it will be used to force digital ID
Inversion
- As life becomes harder, death is made easier; murder of the vulnerable no longer a sin
- Pride already not a sin [Legal note: obviously I’m referring to the general sin and not Pride Month, which could be prosecutable under Article 24 of the French Press Law]; other sins intensify:
- Greed (consumerism)
- Lust (OnlyFans)
- Envy (redistributivism) [Legal note: this is not intended to disparage a political ideology in a way that incites division]
- Gluttony (dopamine hijacking)
- Wrath (“mostly peaceful” riots and righteous destruction)
- Sloth (State Benefits culture)
- The State takes more control of children from parents
- Having children is explicitly or implicitly discouraged
- War promoted – your sons (not Theirs) must die for ___
- Telling the truth increasingly criminalised (looking at you, EU)
- Freedom portrayed as selfish (new: Libertarianism will be slandered by name)
Counter-inversion
- We achieved Peak Woke in 2023 in my opinion
- Resurgence in Christianity, especially a newly “muscular” Christianity [Note: the term “muscular” is one that they use and I do not approve of muscles, aggression or even necessarily Christianity]
- Decentralisation of media, health, etc intensifies
- Disagreeableness de-stigmatised
- Birth of a Natalist movement and protection of childhood
- Libertarianism rediscovered
Finally, for those who freaked out at the phrase “demonic agendas”, this is for you to ponder:
The Diabolical Mimics Divine Attributes
It:
• Imitates omnipotence: through total technological and bureaucratic control.
• Imitates omniscience: through surveillance, datafication, and epistemic manipulation.
• Imitates omnipresence: through the spread of ideology, global reach, and algorithmic governance. But all of it is rooted in negation. It cannot create; it only distorts and occupies.
D.C Schindler, “Freedom from reality: The diabolical character of modern liberty”
No further comment. Good luck out there.
